UN recognizes 193 member states and 2 observer states, however this is not the only way to determine or recognise countries globally. It is in some ways a complicated matter, and this is one of the reasons for the existence of this website, unfortunately. At the moment, Wardashboard cannot specify the number and delimitations of countries any further.

It is not for Wardashboard to determine if any state is adversarial to the entirety of the globe/Earth, both its peace, prosperity and the happiness of its peoples. Hence, Wardashboard cannot specify any adversaries in this context in any meaningful way.
